PRUNE ROLLS
- ½ cup prunes
- ¾ cup mixed nuts of choice
- 3-4 tbsp poppy seeds
- In a processor jar, add the prunes and nuts of your choice.
- Blend them until the prunes and nuts are well combined and form a sticky mixture.
- Transfer the mixture onto a plate and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into a cylindrical log and coat the entire surface with poppy seeds.
- Place the prune roll on a plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes for it to firm up.
- Once done, cut into 1-2 inch slices and serve.
