PRUNE ROLLS
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup prunes
  • ¾ cup mixed nuts of choice
  • 3-4 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
  1. In a processor jar, add the prunes and nuts of your choice.
  2. Blend them until the prunes and nuts are well combined and form a sticky mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a plate and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Shape the mixture into a cylindrical log and coat the entire surface with poppy seeds.
  5. Place the prune roll on a plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes for it to firm up.
  6. Once done, cut into 1-2 inch slices and serve.
