Preheat a cooker by setting it on low medium heat. Spread a layer of salt at the bottom and place a small stand in the centre. Cover the cooker with a lid and preheat for 10 mins.
For the batter- Pour milk and vinegar in a bowl and let it curdle.
To this add sugar,oil,yogurt, vanilla and red food colour. Mix everything well till the sugar is dissolved.
Lastly add in whole wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Whisk it well to form a smooth lumpfree batter and pour the batter in the glass mugs.
Place the cups on a plate and place the plate over the stand inside the cooker.
Cook for approximately 20-22 mins or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
