• 600ml thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine, dissolved in ┬╝ cup boiling water
  1. Combine the cream and sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil then remove from the heat immediately.
  2. Add the chocolate and mix until melted then add the dissolved gelatine.
  3. Pour the cream mixture into glasses. Chill for 3-4 hours or until set.
  4. Serve with granola and berries
