CHOCOLATE BASQUE CHEESECAKE
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 + ⅓ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ½ cup melted dark chocolate
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius and line an 8*4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper on all 4 sides
  2. ⁠In a bowl add softened cream cheese, whipping cream, melted dark chocolate and whisk everything together.
  3. ⁠Add in sugar, cocoa powder, flour and eggs.
  4. ⁠Whisk everything together to achieve a smooth lumpfree cheesecake batter.
  5. ⁠Pour the batter in the lined loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. Make sure to not over bake the cheesecake and only bake till the edges are set and Is still jiggly from the centre.
  6. ⁠Once baked, crack open the oven door and let it cool in the oven itself. Once it comes to room temperature, refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.
  7. ⁠Demould the cheesecake next day and cut using a sharp hot knife.
