MATCHA CHIA PUDDING
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
  • Mangoes chunks, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Add matcha powder in a shallow bowl and pour the warm water over it.
  2. Take the matcha brush, that has been soaked in lukewarm water for a minute and whisk the matcha mixture till frothy.
  3. Pour the milk into a bowl and add honey to it.
  4. Transfer the matcha to the milk and add in the chia seeds as well.
  5. Mix well and allow the mixture to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight till the chia seeds swell up and becomes thick.
  6. For serving transfer it into a glass and top it with mango chunks.
