FRUIT CHILL
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 + ½ cup mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • ½ cup cherries, deseeded
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 1 cup kiwi
  • ½ cup apple
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 cup jamun, deseeded
  • ½ cup plum, deseeded
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
Instructions
  1. In a blender jar, add the mango, honey and water. Blend it to a smooth puree. Transfer the puree to the popsicle bags using a funnel. Seal the bags.
  2. In a blender jar, add the watermelon, cherries, lemon juice and black salt. Blend it to a smooth puree. Transfer the puree to the popsicle bags using a funnel. Seal the bags.
  3. In a blender jar, add the kiwi, apple and water. Blend it to a smooth puree. Transfer the puree to the popsicle bags using a funnel. Seal the bags.
  4. In a blender jar, add the jamun, plum, chaat masala, black salt, lemon juice and water. Blend it to a smooth puree. Transfer the puree to the popsicle bags using a funnel. Seal the bags.
  5. Place all the bags on a tray/plate and freeze it for at least 8 hours or overnight.
