HEALTHY MANGO MAGNUM
 
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup mango puree
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • For the Chocolate Shell (optional)
  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut a mango into pieces. Add it to a blender jar and make a smooth puree. Measure ¼ cup of the puree for the recipe and keep the extras aside.
  2. In the blender jar, add the yogurt, mango puree, milk and honey. Blend it all together to a smooth paste.
  3. Add the mixture to popsicle moulds and insert an ice cream stick in the centre. Freeze the mango magnum for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. For the chocolate shell, add the chopped white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl alongwith the sunflower oil and heat it for about 2 minutes in 30 second intervals, making sure to mix after each interval to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  5. Demould the mango magnum and dip them in the melted chocolate to coat it well. Place it on a parchment paper and freeze it until the chocolate shell sets completely.
