MANGO MATCHA SMOOTHIE
- For the mango smoothie
- 1 + ½ cup frozen mangoes
- 1 cup milk
- ⅓ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- For the matcha smoothie
- 1 + ½ frozen banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- ⅓ cup milk
- Prepare for the smoothie a day before by freezing the mangoes and bananas in the freezer overnight.
- To make the mango smoothie, add frozen mangoes, milk, yogurt and honey in a blender and blend until smooth and lump-free. Thie mixture will be thick.
- Similarly, to make the matcha smoothie, add the frozen bananas, honey, matcha powder and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Take two tall glasses and pour the mango smoothie in each upto ¾th level.
- Top it off with the match smoothie to create a visually beautiful and healthy drink.
