Soak the dates in hot water & keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Deseed the dates & add them to a blender along with the milk, cream & cocoa powder. Blend to a smooth paste.
Add the mixture to popsicle moulds & insert sticks in the centre. Freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight.
For the chocolate shell, melt the dark chocolate & sunflower oil in the microwave for 2 minutes in 30 second intervals until the chocolate melts completely & turns smooth & glossy.
Demould the healthy chocolate magnum & dip them in the melted chocolate. Place the sticks on a parchment paper & freeze them again until the chocolate shell sets completely.
