HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MAGNUM
 
 
Ingredients
  • 3 dates
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • For the Chocolate Shell ( optional)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
  1. Soak the dates in hot water & keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Deseed the dates & add them to a blender along with the milk, cream & cocoa powder. Blend to a smooth paste.
  3. Add the mixture to popsicle moulds & insert sticks in the centre. Freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight.
  4. For the chocolate shell, melt the dark chocolate & sunflower oil in the microwave for 2 minutes in 30 second intervals until the chocolate melts completely & turns smooth & glossy.
  5. Demould the healthy chocolate magnum & dip them in the melted chocolate. Place the sticks on a parchment paper & freeze them again until the chocolate shell sets completely.
