DATE & ATTA BROWNIES IN A MICROWAVE
 
 
Ingredients
  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ¾ cup hot milk
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • ½ cup atta (whole wheat flour)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Deseed the medjool dates.
  2. Soak the dates in the hot milk for 10-15 minutes or until soft.
  3. Puree the dates with the milk till smooth.
  4. Melt the chopped dark chocolate with the ghee in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals till the chocolate melts.
  5. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the date and milk puree.
  6. Mix till it all comes together.
  7. Now, add the atta and cocoa powder.
  8. Mix well till the batter is smooth but avoid overmixing.
  9. Add the batter to a greased 5-inch microwave safe baking dish.
  10. Cook in the microwave for 4.5 minutes on regular heating mode.
  11. Remove the dish from the oven and let the brownies cool down.
  12. Demould, cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
