EGGLESS HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN CAKE
 
 
Ingredients
  • 18 dates
  • 1+1/2 cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup wholewheat flour
  • 1 scoop Wellbeing Swiss Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup almonds, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and line a 5 inch cake tin with parchment paper.
  2. ⁠Start by removing the seeds from the dates and soak them in 1 cup of warm milk.
  3. ⁠After soaking, transfer them to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth date paste.
  4. ⁠In a large bowl, combine the dates paste with the remaining milk and oil.
  5. ⁠Now add whole wheat flour, Swiss chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
  6. ⁠Whisk it well to achieve a smooth lump free batter.
  7. ⁠Transfer the batter in the prepared cake tin and garnish with chopped almonds.
  8. ⁠Bake the cake for 40-45 mins or till a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely and enjoy.
