Take a large sieve over a bowl and lay a muslin cloth on it. Pour the yogurt into it and let it hang for 40-45 mins till all the water is drained fully.
Take a bowl and add hung curd, honey and chopped strawberries. Mix it well till everything is nicely combined.
Now lay parchment paper on a tray and scoop out equal portions of the yogurt mix . Freeze them for about 2-3 hours minimum.
Meanwhile, take chocolate and oil and melt it in a microwave at 30 seconds interval till completely melted.
Once the chocolate has cooled a bit, dip the frozen clusters carefully into it and coat evenly from all sides and add lay them back on the parchment paper to set.
Freeze again until chocolate sets completely.
