6 tbsp water (2 tbsp for each fruit except orange)
1 tsp agar agar (1/4 tsp for each fruit)
Instructions
In a blender, add your choice of fruit with 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth to form a fruit puree. Strain the puree through a sieve to remove fibers.
Repeat the process for each fruit.
In a saucepan, add the fruit puree and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Add agar agar powder, whisking well to prevent lumps. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.
Quickly fill the cavities of a gummy bear mould using a pipette or dropper, as the mixture will begin to set as it cools.
Refrigerate for 30-35 minutes. Once set, carefully remove the gummy bears from the mould and enjoy!
