CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE IN KATORI
 
 
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup castor sugar
  • ¼ tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ½ cup all purpose flour / whole wheat flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 large cubes of couverture chocolate
Instructions
  1. Set a kadhai on low-medium heat and spread a layer of salt at the bottom of the kadhai. Place a small stand in the center and place a plate on it. Close the lid of the kathai. Let it preheat for about 10 mins.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sugar and melted butter. Pour in the warm milk and mix until well combined.
  3. Add the dry ingredients-flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Divide the batter into 3 katoris and place a big chunk of chocolate in the middle.
  5. Place the katoris in the preheated kadhai and cook them for 12-15 mins.
  6. Once cooked, serve warm with a dusting of icing sugar
