From my kitchen to yours 🤎
I’ve made a lot of hot chocolate over the years, and I’ve always believed the best cup should taste like actual chocolate.
So I wanted to create one that gives you that café-style experience at home, minus the long ingredient list and all the effort.
A few spoonfuls, some milk and a whisk, that’s really it.
I hope this becomes the pack you reach for on rainy evenings, late nights and all those random moments when only chocolate will do.
Love,
Shivesh
Everything you need to know.
How many cups does one pack make?
One pack makes approximately 8 cups, depending on how much premix you use per serving.
How much premix should I use for one cup?
We recommend 3 tablespoons (35g) of premix with 150ml milk for that perfect thick, café-style consistency. If you want a thicker consistency, increase the premix to 4 tablespoons.
Can I make it in the microwave?
Yes! Mix the premix with milk, microwave for 60 seconds and stir. Microwave again for 30–40 seconds until bubbling, stir well and enjoy.
What makes this different from regular hot chocolate mixes?
Our premix is made with premium cocoa and real chocolate bits that melt into the milk, giving you a rich, thick and indulgent café-style hot chocolate at home.
Can I adjust the thickness?
Yes! Follow our recommended ratio for a café-style cup. If you prefer it slightly lighter, simply add a little more milk. If you want a thicker consistency, increase the premix to 4 tablespoons.
What milk should I use?
You can use any milk of your choice. The final taste and consistency may vary slightly depending on the milk used. For best results, use a full cream milk variant.
How should I store the premix?
Store it in a cool, dark and dry place and make sure the pack is properly sealed after every use.
What is the shelf life?
The premix can be stored for up to 9 months when stored as recommended.
Can I add toppings?
Definitely! You can add marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, a cinnamon stick, caramel sauce, etc. to your hot chocolate.
